Kevin Burr
President and CEO
Kevin Burr is the owner of Barracuda Staffing & Consulting and has built the company around the importance of relationships at every level. His focus is helping clients, applicants, and staff find the right position to succeed.
Under Kevin’s leadership, Barracuda has grown as a staffing and consulting company known for custom hiring and recruiting solutions. He is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening the team, and making sure clients and candidates experience the Barracuda difference.
Ashley Ewy, SPHR
Vice President of Talent Acquisition
Ashley Ewy built her career in talent acquisition at Barracuda Staffing & Consulting, where she found a passion for connecting people and strengthening how organizations hire.
Ashley leads with a strong focus on relationships, process improvement, and long-term placement success. She takes a thoughtful approach to matching candidates and clients, helping create lasting partnerships.
Her background includes recruiting, branding, training development, and strategic initiatives. Ashley earned her SPHR certification in 2022 and remains active in the Tulsa community, including serving on the board for Tulsa Professional Association.
Jeff Faust, SHRM-CP, SWP
Vice President of HR Consulting
Jeff Faust brings extensive human resources experience to the Barracuda team. Since beginning his HR career after graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 1998, he has worked across recruiting, payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and policy development.
His background supports Barracuda’s HR consulting services, helping businesses strengthen workplace practices, documentation, compliance, and employee management. Jeff earned his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation in 2006 and his SHRM-CP in 2016. He has also served on boards for the Tulsa Area United Way and Rogers County United Way.

Tanisha Fisher
Administrative Coordinator
Tanisha Fisher supports the Barracuda team as Administrative Coordinator, helping keep day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. She manages communication, scheduling, and office processes to ensure both clients and candidates receive timely, consistent support.
With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Tanisha plays a key role in supporting the team behind the scenes and helping maintain a high level of service across the organization.
Sarah Ramirez
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Sarah Ramirez brings experience in healthcare, talent acquisition, and management, along with a genuine passion for helping people. She cares deeply about supporting others, whether that’s helping someone find the right opportunity or guiding a team toward better outcomes.
Her people-first approach is rooted in empathy, connection, and a desire to see others succeed, creating a positive experience for both candidates and the organizations she supports.
