Our Story

Built in Oklahoma with a commitment to doing staffing differently.

Barracuda Staffing was founded in 2009 by Kevin Burr during a challenging economic period. From the beginning, the goal was to create a staffing company that went beyond simply filling open positions. The focus was on providing a more thoughtful, higher-quality placement process that helped employers reduce turnover and helped candidates find better opportunities.

As the company grew, Barracuda expanded its services to support more of the challenges businesses face with people, HR, leadership, and workplace structure. Barracuda Consulting was added in 2018 to help companies strengthen HR practices, protect their organizations, and build better systems around their most important asset: their people.

Today, Barracuda Staffing & Consulting continues to support Tulsa-area businesses with staffing, recruiting, HR consulting, business consulting, and workforce strategy.
