Parts Specialist

Receive and process parts requests from team members.

Locate, order, and obtain the requested parts in a timely manner.

Deliver parts to team members once they arrive.

Maintain accurate inventory records for all parts.

Create and manage purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely payment.

Enter all parts purchases into the system for historical tracking and accountability.

Occasionally operate a forklift to move or organize parts.

Pick up parts from vendors or other locations as needed.

Valid driver’s license (required).

Must have class 8, heavy duty truck parts experience. 

Experience in parts management, inventory, or a related field (preferred).

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

Ability to safely operate a forklift (training/certification preferred but not required).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.
