Hours: 6am-3:30pm M-Th and 6am-10am Friday

We are currently looking to fill a Warehouse Assistant position with a company in Catoosa, OK that specializes in custom metal fabrication.

Responsibilities
- Shipping and Receiving: Handle data entry for shipping and receiving activities, including validating packing slips, filling out Bills of Lading, and managing inventory transactions in an ERP environment such as Exact Max.
- Forklift Operation: Utilize forklifts for unloading and loading trucks, ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
- Cycle Counting: Conduct cycle counts with precision, using digital scales, counting methods, and an understanding of root cause analysis for discrepancy resolution.
- Material Handling: Assist in various material handling and production activities, maintaining a customer service mindset.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and orderly to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Warehouse Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations, including data entry, shipping, and receiving.
- Forklift Experience: Proficiency in forklift operation and a valid forklift certification.
- Cycle Counting: Familiarity with cycle counting processes and the ability to perform root cause analysis for discrepancies.
- Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and performing manual material handling tasks.
- Positive Attitude: A "can-do" attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
