Glass Fabrication Helper

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with the fabrication and preparation of glass products
• Read and utilize a tape measure accurately
• Support fabrication personnel with material handling and shop tasks
• Help prepare glass for cutting, edging, polishing, and assembly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Learn fabrication techniques and processes from experienced team members
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the shop

What We're Looking For

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Previous fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or shop experience 
• Strong willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
• Must be willing to wear required PPE at all times
